THE ENRICHMENT ROOM at Life Tracks Training.

The idea for The Enrichment Room is for your dog(s) to set out on sensory adventures on their own. Go for a coffee, read a magazine, unwind for an hour and leave your dog(s) with me to challenge their senses! This exciting concept is a fantastic opportunity for your dog(s) to venture to a place of pure sensory delight! The Enrichment Room is a comfortable and safe indoor environment to learn and play! Private instruction, training and play provided by Elizabeth!

READY TO REGISTER YOUR DOG(S) FOR A SENSORY EXPERIENCE!

The Enrichment Room offers the perfect blend of learning and stimulation for your canine companions. Packed with engaging activities tailored to their individual needs. From interactive playtime for learning proper play to brain-boosting training exercises. Awaken your dog’s natural ability to use their senses. Decompress the brain with olfactory stimulation by learning to forage for goodies, with puzzles, games and even a ball pool! The sounds of music create a calm environment while healthy treat packed toys are enjoyed! Incorporating foundation games, these learning exercises are beneficial for teaching manners and provide a great opportunity for them to acquire new skills in a low-pressure, enjoyable environment. As your dog works through different challenges, they build confidence and enhance their problem-solving abilities. Your dog(s) can have a private beginner agility course all to themselves for learning, building strength and engaging in a sport. All the equipment, exercises, and games in The Enrichment Room can be modified to suite every dogs needs, age and ability.

All of these sessions are private for your dog(s), ideal for dogs that are struggling with social skills and/or are reactive to other dogs. Any age and breed can attend these sessions! No experience necessary!

One-hour – $34 – per dog – each additional dog – $10. Maximum of two dogs per session. Dogs must be from same household.

The Enrichment Room sessions DO NOT include “The Essentials” dog/puppy training.

What is enrichment and why is it important?

Enrichment for dogs refers to activities, objects or environments that stimulate their physical, mental, and emotional well being. It helps fulfill their natural instinct, prevents boredom, and promotes overall happiness. By introducing enrichment into your dog’s routine, you’re not only giving them a chance to have fun, but also helping them develop essential life skills. By gradually building their ability to think before they act, dogs learn how to better manage their impulses, making them more well-behaved both at home and in social situations. Enrichment falls into these categories; cognitive, social, sensory, physical and occupational.

How it works:

Once you have registered your dog(s), chosen a date/time and made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and an initial phone consultation with me prior to your dog(s) scheduled session. The phone consultation is an opportunity for any questions or concerns you may have, details about your dog(s) first session and important information on transportation options to and from Life Tracks Training.
