REGISTRATION POLICIES: You will not be registered until full payment is made.

CERTIFICATION POLICIES: This is a 10-hour course including breaks, you will need to complete the full 10-hour course and receive a passing mark of %76 or higher to receive your certificate.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cancellations must be confirmed 7 days prior to course date to receive a partial refund of $120. Cancellations confirmed 72 hours in advance are subject to a $80 administration fee. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the registered course or non-attendance are not eligible to receive a refund.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS: PayPal refunds are subject to a $6 processing fee. Course fees expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are not eligible for refund. You may choose to transfer to another course date within the 12 month time period. Registration is transferable to a family member, a friend etc.
